This is the Fortnite Supply Drop for the Fortnite x Halo event in 2020 was a crate sent out to various players/influencers. The crate contained 4 items packaged in a bright blue bow, much like the crates found in the Fortnite game itself.
Inside the box the players got a code card for 5,000 VBucks, a Disguise Master Chief Helmet, a Mega Construx Master Chief Helmet set (set number GVN33), and a custom Xbox controller.

Other steramers and influencers that received these Supply Drops include Ninja, Lachlan, Mint Blitz and Bugha.
Despite being a cross-platform game, because Halo is exclusive to Microsoft the only controllers produced were for the Xbox. There was no Master Chief or Halo branding for the PC, Playstation or Switch platforms.
